MR T Pissed OFF!

This is totally nuts! Mr T. is seriously pissed off on national television. It really made me think a lot about the persona of Mr T and what the real person most have been like. And how much it must have felt phony to always play this real tough role, like on the A-Team. This lead me to thinking about how blacks were portrayed in popular television shows in the 80's. It was pretty wrong, not as bad as blacksploitation flicks of the 70's, but pretty bad. For example, look at Webster and Different Strokes. White affluent families taking custody of black children. How would that have made you feel if you were African American? I'd be pissed off about a show like that. Different Strokes always had really weird story lines too....I mean really weird.
